AWS was proudly founded by Mr. Todd Pruden, a citizen of the Métis Nation of Alberta, and a member of the Fort McMurray Métis Local 1935, making AWS an aboriginally-owned business. AWS was founded in 2010 in the City of Fort McMurray with just two people, and has since grown to over 200 people across Canada. We began working in the oil and gas industry and have since expanded into other industries and regions to provide support sand staffing solutions in healthcare, education, and municipal government, among other industries.
